A New(?) Level Concept

Upon watching Rian's video of ipecac designs, I saw this level...

Which gave me an idea of a level concept where, if you only move the goal ball and area, you can make a completely "new" level. I guess this is somewhat similar to Shuffles, but this is... different. I don't know what use this level concept has, but it's kinda neat nonetheless.
