Adding a new topic quickreply mod. Unfortunately the mod was written in real ugly tables, which I have just stripped out. until I can get the DIVs and CSS working properly it'll look mighty ugly, sorry about that.

True. I also want that stupid 30 second rule to be in place only for noted spammers, but that would take a lot of effort.

i think its just been removed,it was just a a box you type in and a rsubmit button at the bottom of the page
