Normally I'd ask you to email sales@fantasticcontraption.com with any issues, but the email account appears to be bouncing back messages right now. Until that is resolved you can email me personally at capn.lurch@gmail.com .

Sorry about that; no idea what's going on there. We'll look into it. It's a bit odd because I've been receiving a steady stream so it seems to only be failing from certain locations.

(I won't typically respond to GChat and will block you if you spam, no abusing my personal mailbox )

Well, going on 5 days now and I still do not have paid access to the game. I did receive an email from you (Andy), telling me my payment is not in your database, although I sent you the paypal receipt twice last week. Evidentally, they (Paypal) thinks you've been paid. I'd appreciate the flip being switched that gives me access to what I paid for.

I have filed a dispute with paypal, so hopefully that will get the ball rolling, or at least get my money back.

Thankfully someone linked me here because this was happening to me. Instead of emailing you I guess I'll just tell you here that I paid for FC Sunday night and I still can't access the full version content. What's the dealio? Oh and I have the paypal reciept of payment as well if you need me to send it.
