! I got a boomerang badge! http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=1099044

It's basically just saying, "hey, I like this", or "this is cool and unique".
badge, or "Gold/Silver/Bronze Medal" badges.
doesn't leave goal
most of mine dispose of themselves... I guess I like car designs too much. Can't build a decent catapult to save my life, but I can throw together a tank in seconds.
No wheels of any kind

Can I get official verification of something relating to badges, please? I was under the impression that a boomerang must return to and remain in (not just pass through) the workshop area after achieving victory in order to qualify as a boomerang, just like a champion must remain in the goal area indefinitely... Is this correct? Thusly, a design cannot be both a champion AND a boomerang
...unless the goal area is a smaller square inside the workshop area, which I have also seen.
Is my understanding correct? (I'm preparing my second set of competition levels and this may affect my designs...)
), but I think I get the point: After victory, boomerangs must return to and remain entirely within the workshop area indefinitely to qualify as a boomerang.
