hey guys as my christmas present to the FC community i would like to buy a membership for somebody who doesnt have one. hopefully someone who cant afford it or is too young to have paypal.

weasel i will need your help with this. if you could reply i would appreciate it. i will pay with my paypal account but obviously you will need to be involved to give the lucky winner their membership.

the rules are as follows
1. the first 52 people to reply to this saying they want to be in the lottery will be in.
2. if a lot of people reply quickly i will bump it up to 104 contestants.
3. please no PMs. EXCEPT WEASEL if he so wishes.
4. when i have the full amount of contestants i will assign you all a playing card. if it goes to 104 i will use two decks. a blue one and a red one.
5. you will be assigned your card in order of your reply. EX. first to reply will be the ace of spades, second will be 2 of spades.
6. i will then post what cards you all are assigned. it will probably suck for me and take a lot of room.
7. i will then shuffle all the cards together a few times then mix them around on the floor face down as they do in the casino. then i will close my eyes and choose one at random.

i will announce the winner and they will be so excited.
please dont enter if you already have a paid membership it would be pretty lame if i chose somebody and they had already paid.
also when this is over i dont want to here any talk of cheating. i just want to do something cool for somebody i dont even know.

To Rebach and other generous members: i said that i would let you pay for more winners earlier, but i am too afraid to announce more winners and get their hopes up and then maybe you or some other members might not pay so im just gonna have to stick with the 5 winners

Also weasel i do need to speak with you privately about the payment, and one other secret detail that i cant announce to everybody. i cant PM you maybe you can PM me.

Why not use microsoft word?

i was first inspired to just pay for you as a christmas present. but then i thought of this idea.
i dont know if people think im lying or just havent found this thread yet. i thought more people would have signed up by now.

im going to have to make the deadline early christmas eve cuz i want it to be a real christmas present so maybe more people will sign up. or the few that do will have a better chance than 1 out of 52

This is a horrible idea! A single winner?

(applying for refunds isn't fair, this is for folks that can't afford/get their parents to pay/etc)

(also my 4 contributions will be "holiday season winners" as to be not "forcing religion" on anyone or something)
