How come when you open a link to a level you saved it says its restricted?

when people pay, it should work.

you cant really say it doesnt work, you can still play all the other over 200000 user levels, you cant make any new, though, but that will be fixed.

when i just bought the game, it wasnt working very well, the servers werent working, and i couldnt play anything, but i didnt quit, it got fixed, and i could play. you must do the same

this is very annoying and i really hope it gets fixed. I made a design before the bug and i didn't publish it. now if i try to publish it the icon changes but it doesnt upload and then if i go back to my designs it says its not published.
