3-level Optimal Solutions Comp!

Following on from my Optimal Solutions Comp (elimination style) back in December 2010, I present a 3-level version with the same scoring.

The Scoring
Piece count x Piece type modifier

Modifier
:cwheel: :ccwheel: Powered wheel: 0.4
:upwheel: Unpowered wheel: 0.3
:woodrod: Brown rod: 0.2
:waterrod: Blue rod: 0.1

Ex. :cwheel: x2, :woodrod: x3 and :waterrod: x1 = 6 piece count x 0.7 modifier (0.4+0.2+0.1) = 4.2
If you use all 5 piece types, your modifier will total 1.0

In the event of a tie, a bonus level will be played out.

The Levels
Leap Frog: Hop, Skip and a Jump
Mountain Rescue: Stop, drop and roll? That's not right!
The Wombles: Underground, overground Wombling free!

The Submission Form
Please use the following format when submitting your designs.
design link - name - piece count x modifier = total score
ex: http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=xxxxxxxx - ID36 - 10 x 0.4 = 4

The Deadline
Please have your submissions in by July 11th @ 8:30am (PST)

As always, I wish everyone the best of luck!

Won't have time for this one as I'm going to SONISPHERE on Thursday and I've been very busy over the last few days. It looks cool though!

Very nice, Remy. It scores 8 x 0.2 = 1.6 so yep, it scores better.

I tweaked it down to 7pc: http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11593733 - 7 x 0.2 = 1.4

EDIT: Here's an 8pc tweak of Cruiser's Leap Frog solution: http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11593767 - 8 x 0.2 = 1.6
