Revival Hap-Masters Comp!?! Didn't Happen, sorry.

Hello Fellow Contraptioneers!

I was thinking today that it would be fun to have another Hap Masters comp. (like this)

Scoring:

Scoring will be like golf, where the lowest score wins, and is outlined below.

Not completing a level: +90

Each rod or stick: +1
Unpowered wheels: +2
Powered wheels: +4

Achievements:
A solution: -10 or 1/2 your score, whatever decreases your score the most (use no powered wheels)
A solution: -5 (keep the ball in the goal)
A solution: -7 (bring all goal pieces back to the start area)
A solution: -4 (only rods/sticks used)
A solution: -3 (clear all remains of your machine from the stage)
A solution: -3 (clear all dynamics from the stage)

Levels:
We would need 3 levels from three different players. If anyone would like this to work, we'll need 2 more levels. (I will make one)

Submission:
There will be no host! At a decided deadline/time, I will save a design. Then everyone who joined (including me) will post their designs. (Which must have id's below the saved design at the deadline) After a few days of suspense, the winner will be clear!

Cool idea, Hap Masters was an awesome comp.

I'm out of town for the next week or so, so I probably won't be able to participate unless it drags on longer than that.
