The solution must also be in the top half

if the immunity tie is broken with pieces then with mass then the elimination tie should be too

If it wasn't for the fact that ticks determined immunity, I'd be inclined to battle you out. For now, however, I'm just gonna save my energy and settle with the top half of the leaderboard. Shame though 'cos I would've enjoyed the fight =D

One vote for no more immunity since that's in essence the quarter finals. Immunity in the next round would guarantee a spot in the finals. Just my two cents.
