Speed Limit

Im not sure if this has been done before, but here's the idea:
-Everyone gets a total of 650 ticks to solve as many levels as possible
-There are a total of ten levels
-The person who solves the most levels without going over the total piece limit wins
-In the case that two people tie for the win with the same number of solves, the tiebreaker will be fewest total ticks
