Lightning Competition

Hello and welcome to my very first competition!

The Lightning Competition is an on-going challenge where the goal is to solve the levels as fast as possible. There are no badge restrictions unless specified near the level. Example:
LevelA djbreslin; 246
LevelA (level name) (You have to solve the level and get a green badge) djbreslin; 246 (creator of the fastest design; tick amount)

If the level doesn't have a defined winner, the fastest solve will not be shown, only the creator and tick number. This is to prevent stealing other ideas and shaving off one tick to win.

If your design is faster than the current record holder, send it to me via PM.

After four nights, (Pacific time zone) if a solve doesn't get beaten, it will be delcared the winner. If you are the person with the fastest design for the level, you get a point!

I am allowing squeezing, joint breaks, and blackholes, but no moving the goal piece out of the work zone with a blackhole or buggy wheels.

Hmm, I'm not sure speed will work in a format like this, players could just tweak an existing design :/

But maybe it will, who knows?

What I can do is let people PM me their designs and I tell the forum how fast their design is, but not show how it was done, thoughts?

This is pretty cool. Once the 4 days are up you should post the winning design with the winner next to the level name. You might have already been planning that though haha

That is what I was intending to do, yes.

Are we allowed to connect a rod to the goal object? Sometimes people allow this with hands off, sometimes not.

I would be participating more, but I can't beat schmittd in speed lol sorry :P

Feel free to attach anything to the goal ball on snake, or any other level with a requirement.

Also, I love Waffle's solve to snake, very... creative.

eh, im only scared of babits, jdel, and hamy in speed. maybe rian or uiop... or maybe sparkle... or zhyrek or jyo or patacoman... or brian3.14... or pawel... and maybe ID36... maybe compscure or mtdewd (you never know when unc can come in handy with speed)... and maybe {???}. or maybe some of the FC2 guys... but not you

Above is a very tough hanging level. Almost everything I build rips through the static ad falls off. and I was busy beating schmittd at everything else to solve left
