Had the same thing happen once, but it didn't stay stuck. Kinda squirted out.

heh, that is cool. I saw it once or twice too but never stuck the landing.

Ok - BACK ON TRACK, PEOPLE.

We can get a little better roll up the stick with a small stick helping the initial entry:

I'm still not sure if we're going to be able to do this without tweaking a faster roll off the pult. Perhaps by actually pulting it a little further and getting a bounce off the ghost?

if anyone wants to tweak, I've been playing with the initial pult. I think I have it a little more stable / tweak friendly, and I've added a good amount of power. sad thing is... too much power, and even though I have a great angle, we're losing the ball to the physics barrier.

I was going to suggest letting it come down inside the workspace, then use the big brown stack (on a timer) to come down and finish it off. Ive been working on it, but manipulating the right side to get the desired pult is a PITA.

Here is what I was going for http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11910434

Closer: http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11910438

Just a little touch-up on this second pult and its all over :-)

hitting the ghost might be the best way, but i can't get a bounce in the right direction.

the other option, of course, is to just keep launching the ball further. here's as far as i've gotten it

But... But... I really wanted to go over! :) That's actually a great idea. Well done, sir.

Booya! awesome work jdel, as always, you are #1 in my book

I couldnt figure out how to master the timer, but I had a good feeling that the extra bump from the orange dynamic was the special key. Very nice touch!

Alternative timing device. Might be able to add more weight.

i've barely started, and have to leave to do something else for a while, but i really don't see what's hard about this one:
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11911037

we should be able to knock it out pretty quick.

Booya !

http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11911392 A work of beauty!

Hopefully this works for Windows users.... Mac sometimes isnt always solve-friendly with small pieces like i used here. I noticed that two sticks phase after the goal piece is in flight, but im calling it a success because the phasing is post-action.
