Jompvivor?! It's over! patacoman skunks the field

Postby erucspmoc on Wed Feb 26, 2014 7:09 pm

One level a week until only one stands (or stands out)

Rules:
Use the least number or pieces of any type to solve the level
Each round the submitter who uses the most is out (in case of a tie for last, both are eliminated) everyone who scores worse than the median score is out!
Image Skunk the field-- outscore everyone by 2 on any round and win instantly
No glitchy solves

Levels are due each Thursday at 11:30 PM Pacific
I'll post one leaderboard for each level on Wednesday evening

Level Three:
shaky ground
Submit via PM by 11:30 PM Pacific Thursday March 20th
All submitters who score worse than the median score will be eliminated
Multiple submissions are fine

Final Results!!

May wanna check that level.... The goal circle can be moved outside the build area, haha, unless you wanted it done in zero pieces?
Also, when you skunk the field, do you win the entire competition?

Thanks for the heads up marjo.
No glitchy solves accepted. The ball has to start in the build area.
I moved the build area down and the goal up and while it killed roll in solves, you could still glitch it. Maybe because I made it with the fcml editor? Gonna leave it be.

And yes, skunk the field and you win the comp. Might be a war of attrition. Might be a blitzkrieg. Might beat out IronManI for least entrants

Time will tell

What if the goal ball is inside the build area, but also inside a static/brown rod/ball? :ninja:
Haha jk, i would suppose that falls under the category of "no glitchy solutions". Sounds like a fun comp, will definitely be entering!

Haha, I don't think I can glitch it anymore, but maybe I'm just missing something. Anyway, I think fcml will make the levels fun, and I sure hope nobody wins the first round by skunking the field, haha.

Yeah man, doing well. you? I seem to come and go in about month long spurts from here, mostly in the unconnected shuffle thread. Sorry I missed your 2013 comp.

When I first looked at the level, I thought easy peasy. Turns out I used more pieces than I expected. I guess we will see.
