I think the gray circles have to be inside the goal area too, but they can't be on the outline of the goal area.

Well, I've obviously seen the stacked balls method of firing things at high speed, and of course I'm not the first person to come up with a lever to fling things...but, yes, I did build the solution from scratch. And, thanks!

I don't know the answer to that...I've only been playing for six days, and there's a lot I'm learning. The other day, I built a contraption that "won"...only, it doesn't do it anymore! Here's the weird part: it does one thing the first time you run it after a load, then something different every time after (unless you reload). Never seen that before...
