Under over Up, is still not solved. I just watched the "winning" design for 5000 ticks, and what do i see? The ball fall down to the lower level and roll away. It was a nice attempt, but still no solve.

The "It worked on my computer!" phenomenon has been around for a while. It has to do with the processing power of some computers versus others, as well as high-accuracy mice, etc. I think there's even a separate thread for it...

Perhaps the design should be tweaked so it works on all computers. Just an idea.

This design - like many others in the original UM thread - has a very small margin of error. Any tweak will often just break it for somebody else.

Actually (this was an issue in Line Rider communities for a long time) it has something to do with different operating systems (Mac/windows/linux) returning slightly different values in Flash for things such as sin/cos/tan/sqrt/log/etc. that makes for a very large difference in games involving physics (chaos theory )

The OS shouldn't matter... Flash should be the same on all systems. It probably has to do more with 16/32/64-bit processors and stuff. For example, our desktop computer runs Mac OS X and Windows XP. I've never seen different results between the two, but my Mac laptop sometimes runs differently.

I've only ever noticed this problem in powered solves. Green and brown solves always work but I often see "ipecac" powered solves that just ipecac fail on my computer.

Only way I can see corners being possible is by catapulting along with from it's center. Get it to land on the circle in the bottom right corner and hope throws it into the goal. Trying to work on it right now but it's not coming out too hot...
