Jompy - for old time's sake, will you let everyone know what double digits means?

FYI, ID36 is done, waiting on Crusher and The King

Unless someone comes up with something amazing, err. fantastic, this will be a tick race.

Can't win on a tick tiebreaker. We'd have to have another round.

Oh good. I don't see how it can be done with fewer pieces, but I've been wrong before. Just have to get mine working.

What's the plan, Survivors? Think we might wrap this up before America celebrates Thanksgiving?

Submitted. It's been fun guys, I don't think my contraption stands much of a chance this time though.

Wow, that was tight! Even though I was confident of my solution, I was worried that with all the extra time, Cruiser would nail some crazy rediculous 6pcer and trounce me like he always does. Thanks for hosting, jdel. I can finally retire from FC comps and focus on comp hosting instead :) And a virtual handshake deserved to Crusher and The King for the awesome competition throughout as well as Gamin who also provided some great entertainment!

Other solutions:
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11267936 - 8pc initial solution
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11270182 - 7pc alternative solution that didn't champ
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11275938 - 6pc closest attempt - scratches the goal border
