IGLima's 500 Comp! IT'S A TIE! Congrats to Jdel and Sparkle

Hi again everyone!
Continuing my tradition once again, this post is my 500th.

The idea of this comp is to beat each level in under 500 ticks. When you can't do it, you're out.
These levels will get harder and harder as the comp goes on, so be prepared.

The Rules:
-You must beat the given level in UNDER 500 ticks
-No major phasing (minor is fine)
-No black holes

The Twist:
If you can solve the level and do the challenge, you get 50 ticks off your count. So you could get 549 and still move on.

NEW RULE:
If you get the fastest solve for the round, you can beat the next level in under 530 ticks and still get through. Like a back-up.

I'm going to say no, mostly because people didn't make their solves with being the fastest in mind.
But for R1 it counts.

I know, but I didn't make it say R1 because:
-It was supposed to be the qualifier, but I thought it might have been to hard to start.
-I'm lazy
-All my test solves were for that level, so I didn't want to change it.

And here's the surprise: If you get the fastest solve, 30 ticks are added to the time you can solve the next lvl. So you can solve it in 529 and still get in) (Starting w/ R1, sorry Waffle, no bonus for the qualifier)
Now you guys have an incentive to go faster!

Sorry to be a bother, still asking about incentives... Ok, Waffle "won" the qualifier (awesome solve, btw). So he has another 30 ticks off in R1. Does that mean anything other than he only has to solve R1 in < 580 if he completes the challenge (and < 530 if not)?

The only way to be eliminated is to not complete the level in under 500, or 530, or 550, or 580 ticks (depending on your situation). We aren't keeping score or anything like that, right?

I think the 30 ticks should only count if the person is going to be eliminated (ex. they have the 30 ticks bonus but a 529 solve, it counts. but they have a 200 ticks solve it shouldn't count because it's too much of an advantage)

And I think if you know you have the 30 tick advantage and you get the 50 ticks deduction you can submit a 579 solve
