The funny thing is, lots of people still play the game, but don't visit the forum. Plus, I continue to receive views on my FC videos.

One idea I have is to make an ipecac video of the entire game, and then send it to reddit (and other sites), and hope tons of people show up. (The Line Rider community got ~100,000 views in about 2 weeks when they did this)

Well, I'm planning on getting a nice new computer soon as well as some new programs (one being a video editor), so I'd be willing to record and edit that video.

Another idea is to make a livestream channel. This would allow people to stream themselves making their contraptions live. Plus, there's a chatbox on the side we could use instead of a separate chatroom.

Livestream would be awesome. People would get to see how others go about making their contraptions and could probably learn a lot from it. I think this would thread is pretty good actually

Setting up a livestream wouldn't be that hard.
Basically, I create a channel, then whoever wants to stream just has to download Procaster (software), and then once I give them the streaming privileges, they can stream.

What should we name the channel? Maybe just "Fantastic Contraption"? Or something else?

i agree. more people on the forums would be awesome. then maybe i could make a competition where more than 2 people actually compete (but that may be my fault for making a bad comp/levels). ive showed some friends on the soccer team this game but unfortunately soccer players dont normally mix well with physics games
