Designs Won't Load!!!

Designs Won't Load!!!

When I click on "My Designs," I get bubbled (the screen gets stuck on the bubbles). And when I go to "Manage My Designs" to load my designs manually, when i click on "Run this Design," it loads the default screen. What's the deal?
