Error message

Hi
Each time I try to access mine or other members designs I Always get this error message.

An error has occurred
It won't turn!! It's borked!!
The problem: mysql_query: Table './fcres/cache_designs' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

How can I fix this ....... any suggestions please

unfortunately the fc sk89q servers dont seem to be working for the past couple weeks,
and the only way you can access designs at the moment is through the flash version of the game itself :/
