the new updates

After the new updates i didn't update my computer and I went on to make fantastic contraptions, I thought it wouldn't change any of my creations because i wasn't doing any of the stuff in the updates (Overlapping rods, etc) then i updated my comp and then tried one of my designs again and it didn't work, so now tons of my contraptions don't work

Is this still an issue? Or is it old news, resolved by the fixes we slapped in right after release?
