Help! I cannot log in to the game

I have been logging in happily since paying $10 last week.

Today I cannot log into my account.
I have triple checked for typos.
I can log in here using my username andpassword but not into the game.

I cannot see any "contact us" button to get help.
Can anyone here point me in the right direction.
