Come on great weasel, please reset cooljenny's pw!!!!! I've sent several emails with my userid and my real email, so I trust you have all the info you need. I've been punished enough for my poor choice of pw in the first place.

Swimmer probably changed the email address while he was in your account, all that needs to be reset is the email and you'll be able to use the lost password feature..

I was merely commenting on the fact that if he sent mail to weasel's personal address, then he may not have seen it/had the chance to deal with it.

That's a good point. I would think that could be tied back to my actual email with which I registered.

Also, I don't know how whoever's in charge would satisfy themselves that I didn't abet whatever was done. (I am guilty of having had my userid also be my pw.)

However, not getting back to emails for several days without a word is just plain poor customer service even if weasel does want to chill me out a bit.
