Anyone know who drew the original smilies used around this forum? I would like to get hold of them at 50pixel size for use on the wiki.

I've had a brief look there and can see no sign of any icons. Do you have a more detailed link?

You can right click them and then click "save image as".

Then you can resize them in MS Paint or something.

We do that in several places on the wiki and, yes, they are really pxellated. that's whu I want to see if I can track down higher res versions of them. My Paintshop Pro skills aren't up to producing a quality clone.

Probably. I'll read the thread later. But there is no sign of the icons ever having been larger than 16 pixels at a quick glance which means they would need to be recreated for 50px.

why not use something like GIMP to resize them?

It wouldnt be all blurry if you just messed with the settings a bit.

It's no better having it blurry than pixellated. Bigger badges may be obtainable from FC2 when they flash across the screen during victory. They're not the same, but they're close.
