Every time I turn my computer off and on non of the levels have a tick, and help?

The "levels completed" data is stored in your Flash Locally Stored Data files. Some antivirus programs or operating system settings can wipe this file on reboot (or on nightly maintenance). Be sure to put our site in your exclusion lists, or turn off those features!
