User Name/Password Problem

My son has forgotten his user name and password for the game and therefore cannot play. Would someone please contact me via the email associated with this post so we can get this figured out? thank you

Okay, that did not work.

Let me explain again.

I purchased the full version for my son last year. We cannot remember what HIS user name is, so I can't log in to have the system resend or allow him to reset his password. The system wants a User name and an email. The email is the same as the one I registered here with, under THIS name.

How can we get HIS user name and reset his password? I do not want to have to pay another $10
