Save button to close to menu button?

This has really bothered me. Betting most FCers can relate to this. For example, you're about to save a really cool design you did and you happened to not save any of it. You're about to win, and decide you should save. So you are about to click save when you click menu by surprise. I've done this quite a bit now and really gets on my nerves when it happens.
If there will be any more updates to FC1, (of the odds of about 1%) Suggest putting each farther apart somehow?

Ik right?? I did a boomerang on up the hump which was a tweakville and this happened to me
