good point. hmmm..

Ok, I'll let the developers know they should refocus their efforts on cute theme design.

Gold Fever!

Fantastic Contraption Gold

The next official update of Fantastic Contraption is coming soon in Fantastic Contraption Gold™. Gold features moving platforms, chains and magnets! Watch for a special announcement e-mail when Gold goes live!

Beta Testing!

Fantastic Contraption Gold is currently in Closed-Beta Testing with select members of the Fantastic Contraption player community.

Look for announcements in future issues of this newsletter and on our game web sites about opportunities to participate in Closed-Beta testing for Sparkworkz games!

So is this the reason for the new pink names? This is from the sparkworkz newsletter, by the way. Just got it today. FCGold sounds interesting, for sure.

Maybe its something like that old flash game Magnetism. That would be fun, but it seems like it would kind of take over the game.

I can't say I like the idea of new objects to the game, because the simplicity of it already is what made it so fun. But I might just be scared of change.

I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this myself but it might be worth considering forcing designers to solve their own levels before posting.
At the very least have a tested category.

Well bob, us normal people will just have to wait for the FC giants to figure out the new paradigm for us :D

I predict that catapults will continue to work for almost everything.

I'll admit normal pults ARE boring. How about underpults though? They're cooler and funner to watch.
