Step 1: Save the picture to your desktop (I assume you've already done this)
Step 2: Find an image hosting website. I recommend Imageshack, you don't even need an account.
Step 3: Once it finished uploading, copy the image's url.
Step 4: Paste it in your post between image tags, which are [img]+[/img].

For example if the url of your image is http://img42.imageshack.us/img42/3541/8505.gif, you paste it between those tags, and you get the image:
