i just noticed that the middle Dividing line is NOT even. The left side is about one wheel-width smaller than the right side. Not accusing anyone of fudging with it, maybe it was an oversite from the original map. But maybe Aim Here (since you started this thread) might want to update a playing field for us so it's even for both sides :)

Thanks! I just sort of eyeball'd it the first time. This time I checked with a rod/ruler.

Sorry Tatvond, my non powered sumo beat you fair and square and here is a powered one without a bundle of sticks:
http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=7620136

Keep in mind that a ban on a "bundle of sticks" does not really work. Tatvond carefully used lots of long sticks that do practically nothing to build his contraption. Just to show this point, I did the same thing with this contraption. My contraption strictly follows the "no bundle" rule, but skirts the issue by using longs sticks as "reinforcement".

Your bot is way over the 60 piece limit.
(And that makes it really hard) :(

My bad. Mustve updated the rules to include 60Pc limit since i last read it. Okay then, disregard that win until i can re-edit it.

But seriously, people need to stop moving the centerline. Please note that i was working within the contraints of the previous opponent who had moved the centerline again, hence i was at a disadvantage.

EDIT :goalc: :goalc: :goalc: :goalc:

Okay, then here is a modified version of my one that went over the limit. 60pieces exactly.

http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=7652537

note that fight was at my disadvantage as the opponent had moved the centerline and i had less space. Still i kept all as was and re-edited my bot only.
so then, to fight my bot use THIS link http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=7652617 ... i have re-aligned the center. There are two identical long wood rods at the top for measuring/comparison just to prove the map is now more even. Please delete these and hopefully we can go on from here without the centerline mysteriously moving again.
