Balancing Act - How Long Can You Stay Up?

Hello my fellow contraptioneers! This is an old game, revived by Blu3_Pi3!

Rules

Must contain ATLEAST 4 wheels
Your Contraption may not contain any of the following:
- A flat bottom
- Wheels below the goal area
- Support from any static objects besides the ones below the goal area
- More than 1 supporting stick
Your balancing contraption must be attached to the goal piece in some form
Must stay in motion
Stay up as long as you can. Measure the amount of time using ticks

Well, it's BluePies thread, so we'll let him be the judge. But i'd guess that it doesnt count, seeing as how its actually two contraptions, the stick & goalpiece, & then the other part which then just falls completely independent of the balancing portion. Although he didnt specify that it must be one contiguous piece, still it doesnt look fair to me No offense, just givin' my opinion...

I do believe that big one is in fact invalid. If it is 2 pieces, then it breaks the rules. If it is 2 separate contraptions then the one with the goal piece is missing 4 wheels. As for it being in motion, if it eventually does fall on it's own then technically it IS in constant motion.
