Ok, I don't mind ads at the top, ads at the side...
but an ad that displays before you can see a level????
yeah, sure, it's loading...used to be instant, now I have to wait for an ad before I can see a level. That is BS.

Mini, you shouldn't see 'em if you're logged in. Maybe try logging out and back in.

I did, they are still there. I have to wait 20-30 seconds before I can see a level.

Mini - try logging in on the actual html page (login textfields in the top right) as compared to just in the flash game... that fixed it for me.

i've also paid and no matter how i log in i get adds popping up stopping game & on side so that my screen wants to scroll even if i haven't zoomed in (can't you make it so that if i scroll on the flash it doesn't scroll on the page?).

plus the cookie system doesn't work from the main page. i'm running the newest firefox 3.0.8 or something (can't remember if they did another update) and i know for a fact i have cookies enabled because i test/use them on a site i'm building. after i get redirected to the error page and i try again it will log me on to the site like it should have the first time.

Logged in on the page and in game, cleared cookies, logged in again, tried in IE (shudder), Firefox and Chrome, always have to wait.

Is this issue fixed yet? I've always had the side ads despite being paid-up, but this pre-loading stuff is getting on my nerves!

We currently use special cookies to track your ad-viewing status. If you are seeing ads, and you are logged in on both the website and the game, and have tried logging out/back in to both of them, then there is a problem with your cookies. Security software, antivirus, etc. can often block certain types of cookies ("tracking cookies" they're usually called).

Put our site on a whitelist and you will be fine.

A list of sites you allow your computer to access and let download cookies.

The opposite of a blacklist, which is the idea of creating a list of people or things you wont do. For instance, if weasel wanted to blacklist people from Montana accessing FC that would mean he does not want any Montanians on his site!

No cookies are blocked for me, (I can confirm this with screenshot and firebug logs) although the site seems to behave differently if I add the "www" rather than just http://fantasticcontraption.com.
Still I have to wait though.

Still got the problem here too. Played with every cookie setting in both IE and Firefox, cleared all caches, logout, login etc. But still nasty preloading ads :-(
Any more ideas anyone?
