@spyanryan: The answer is a little tool called FCML developed by sk89q, it can be used to edit the sizes of objects and tweak your levels to pixel perfection and can be found here
If you want a guide on how to use it, I suggest using the search bar near the top. Look for things like: Season, guide, Fcml, Total moran.

If a object flies too far off the screen, it will disappear. Normally, it would come back down, but it has to stay inside the screen.
