Making Pins

Postby joeysjj on Fri Jun 05, 2009 11:56 pm

Method 1:

Step 1: Make a black hole.
Image
Step 2: Make a wheel and connect it like so:
Image
(You can connect more then 2, because there is a chance you can make more then 2 if you connect all of them.)
Step 3: Make it look like one wheel.
Image
Step 4: Take all the water rods, so you will not have a black hole.
Step 5: Start and stop. (Without the black hole)
Step 6: Delete 1 circle.
Step 7: Start and stop. (Without the black hole)
Congratulations, you made 1-5 pins.
Works always (tell me if it doesn't).

Method 2:

Step 1: Make a/n un/powered ball and attach all the sides together.
Example :
Image

Step 2: Move the part you connected together to the middle.
Example :
Image

Step 3: Remove all the rods except the middle one.
Example :
Image

Also, if you don't want the ball to be on the pin just delete it.

Doesn't work for everyone.

Method 3:

Fast and works for most people.

Step 1: Make this (the water rod has to be under the wheel).
Image

Step 2: Move the wheel so it is like so
Image.

Step 3: Start and stop.

Step 4: Remove the wheel.

Three ways to make pins.

Well if you only make 1, you will get 100% accurate.

Sorry In advance that my post is so short,

it's simple, the pins hold it up and when 2 rods are really close to each other they kinda float, see? http://FantasticContraption.com/?designId=8306198
