He is hanging by his balls when a giant weight that is attached to his necks snaps him free from his ball bonds. On the way falling down, he is smacked in the head by another weight before he crashes on top of the first weight. Another machine is also attached to his balls and he is dragged (kicking and screaming) up one hall, across a landing where he is again crushed by the second weight before the dragging machine finally snaps free from his balls. Lying there, finally free of his bonds the second weight swings back only to knock him into an endless chasm.
Sounds like torture to me...
