Agreed. My favorite FC was when there were no ads, no fancy design. Just the original FC, when the site still had the FC background. You know, with the clouds and stuff.

You mean this?:

Someone re-created the original FC, or at least something close to it.

They were retarded in the first place, should have put FC1/2 in the same site on different forum blocks.

Fc1 is better but I still think its crap since I havnt played it in ages..
TF2 is better :D

FC1 is better, i make levels primarily and nothing has been added to the editor. if they made some of the FCML things accessible ingame, because we know it is possible, than it would be perfect. like having coordinates and being able to use generators and stuff in game, making it seamless and easy.

They did?

Have some of you even played 2?

Of all the things the level editor is the biggest reason to play, you can view everything without paying, go over there and check out some of the stuff .

The boxes at the bottom of the screen (in the editor) allow you to exactly position anything in the level.

And you can place design objects in the levels, some very interesting stuff coming out, You should look..

The impression nothing new was added is very false,
it just pissed people off that they want us to pay for it again,
when we think it could be instituted in the original.

I hear that the way the programing is that they needed to build up from scratch to add what they wanted,
(New moving statics, the badge detectors, the magnets, the new challenge system, the easier to navigate designs/levels pages [the ones in "my profile", but the in-game design look-up is also nice], as well as being able to order all designs for a level (anyone's) and see all published designs in one click, then order them according to speed, or pieces, or by what badge they have. ) Seems several people just agree with the people who post they hate it, and never get a chance to decide for them self..
Ask some people who have, their answer may surprise you.

All of that work had to be paid for.. The Way the world runs on money sucks I know..

more too, I just don't get paid to advertise.

I love FC1, and always will, but I definitely think they added a good amount and changed a lot of the bad things (joints are actually stronger, they just have very little flex-- we all remember when the designs that stretched that much were considered glitched anyway, don't we?) Most of you Just attach a huge weight and make it work, now you have to be much more in-depth with how you plan your stuff out...

If these are stuff our peeps can build, why do your joints always snap? ALWAYS FREE TO VIEW THE PAID CONTENT<

http://www.sparkworkz.com/fc2/index.php?designId=127963 Just cool way to show how much smoothly stuff runs when joints don't stretch....

Watch all of that beat the free levels darkeagle, and anyone who is on the list,

All I Ask Is An End To The Ignorance :P

EDIT:
Oh, and the ceiling is higher, and the sides wider, think there is even a .swf to see the WHOLE Physics play area, but can't seem to find it..

Look, I think FC2 is great, I just don't want to pay for it. That, and I think FC1 is better because its more original. You have your opinion, and I have mine. Oh, and I have tried out FC2. I like the idea. Actually, I love it. But I think it was executed poorly. Put it on its own site and make it always ten dollars, and I'll be much happier.
