Unbeatable Bot

Can you make a bot that steals the ball that is 100% unbeatable using less than 20 pieces?
EDIT: Stay on your side of the blue line of course. The bot that is trying to beat it may only use 15

I figured saying "staying on your side of the blue line" was redundant and obvious. Apparently not.

by saying 100 % unbeatable, i assume you mean it has to be able to resist more that 15 pieces. if not, i misunderstood.

No, he means unbeatable in a fair one on one bot battle. So no, only 15 pieces

hm...It seems every bot has a weakness. Maybe if we bump the pieces up to 20? and only allow 15 to beat?
