Unpossible Infinite Boomerang 68 (?) piece. :)

I can confirm at least 3 boomerangs. I don't plan on watching anymore. Takes freaking forever.

It's 65pc according to the statistics tab:
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/des ... statistics

EDIT: I counted 6 boomerangs in the 15 minutes following victory and then I closed the window.

Are you interested in designs which use the same number of pieces but are better in ticks?

Here are some:

===

http://wiki.fantasticcontraption.com/wiki/Rolling_Away

WaRoClUn: 8500715 is not the earliest 0/56
"963 0/61 brad pitt" is the earliest 0 piece design I can find
"47041 0/56 El Doo" is the earliest 56 tick design I can find

ClChGnUn: 7701181 2/112 Wizbang (This was Green but you don't have it listed as such)
10957592 2/83 Meconopsis (based on 7701181)

BnBoPi: 4494125 3/194 rabid squirrel
10924151 3/163 Meconopsis (based on 4494125)

ChBo: 5764801 3/118 osiris2
10950505 3/72 Meconopsis (based on 5764801)

WaBoPi: 7304687 5/56 redreoicy
10951685 5/55 Meconopsis (based on 7850505 by Skips)
(also 7304687 isn't quite Boomerang. The goal object settles fractionally too far to the right, I think Skips' was a fix of redreoicy's.)

GnBoUn: 9609592 is Green, you don't have it listed as such.

===

http://wiki.fantasticcontraption.com/wiki/Reach_Up

GnClUnPi: 7700099 is Green, you don't have it listed as such.

===

http://wiki.fantasticcontraption.com/wiki/Mind_The_Gap

GnChUnPi: 7372887 is Green, you don't have it listed as such.

BnChUn: 8530914 4/149 WizBang is the fastest BnChUn
8984875 2/563 WizBang uses fewer pieces

WaClPi: 10922350 88/53 rianbay812 is the fastest WaClPi
11276358 8/227 Wafflekins uses fewer pieces

===

If this is helpful, I'll work my way through the others over the coming days.

rabid is interested in lower tick but same piece designs, but to your query with not mentioning green, unconnected is just assumed to be green here.

I still can't believe that rabid squirrel is back. I wanted to check some records and I discovered that there is 3pc Image :brown: :sweep: :champ: for Full-up. I made this few weeks earlier, so I thought that someone stole my design. But I checked my ID, then the last page of this thread and it all became clear ;) At least my solution is pretty big tick tweak (much less boring), so here it is: 11242709. I currently have many designs that beats the actual records, but firstly I want to clean out 300 pages of useless designs from over 600 pages of all designs.
And a few more things:

I tweaked a bit Waffle's idea and made for Mind the Gap :clean: :water: Image using 6 pieces
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11288466

I changed JHawk4's Awash :champ: :boomerang: for working on PC - http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11291097 (this wasn't hard, but unfortunately this is one of these designs that works fine when you make it, but when you open saved project, it doesn't work properly :/). Waffle's idea (11282412)use less pieces, so I ran with his project and improved it http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11344128 - 28/1251 (well, this was hard).

I compiled two DoctorQ's designs for ATB - :brown: Image Image in 3pc and :brown: Image Image :champ: in 4pc. Effect is 3pc :brown: Image Image :champ: http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11342077. I love to watch this solution :smile:

I also took a few pieces from Skips's :clean: :boomerang: for Junkyard. Now it's 11 pieces http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11341966

Now something about Pilots. For example :clean: :sweep: Image for Awash isn't a pilot (but this is: 7 pieces). To explain this I prepared... eeee... short comic :xd: - Tale of a Pilot.

And the last, important (for me) note: I'm from Poland and my English isn't very well. So sorry for language mistakes. If you see any, let me know about it, It will help me to avoid similar errors in future :)

Happy New Year! :toot:

Peter

That's sad. No-one is that pedantic about one pixel misplacement.

I'm going to try to get carpenter on all levels 1-21(even though I have a carpenter solution for level 31, Projected).

0pc level 1 obvious

:woodrod: level 2 carpenter:
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11680879

:woodrod: level 3 carpenter:
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11680880

:woodrod: level 11 carpenter:
http://www.fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11680878

:woodrod: level 31 carpenter:
fantasticcontraption.com/?designId=11680775

By the way, :woodrod: means carpenter.

I'm working on carpenter catapults.
