Kladdy's Longway Kompetition! Levels up!

Hello everyone and welcome to my new longway kompetition. The aim of the game is to simply get as many longways as you kan.

Here are the rules:

• To be a longway, the goal piece must go around a static before achieving victory.
• All designs must achieve victory.
• Only longways which occur before victory are kounted.
• Going around a group of statics which are touching each other kounts as 1 longway.
• You can go around the same static (or static) more than once.
• There is no elimination in the qualifier; however, 1/3 of the remaining kontestants in each subsequent round will be eliminated.
• Have fun!

I will not be participating as I have no knowledge of longways, but this is certainly a great idea for a comp and I will be watching all of the awesome designs that come out of this.

I understand that it might take a while to get a good score on the level, so I'll assume people are still working on a sol.

Thanks for the bump Brian, but with only 5 entrants there might have to be a rethink in the way this operates. How about having 3 (or so) levels and the person with the most combined longways wins?

Sorry to disappoint, but Brian's is the only really interesting design.

I feel like those solutions are unfair. Is there any way to clarify the rules so you can't just make those?

I would like to, but without insisting upon brown solutions I don't see how.

IMO, as written, the rules call for exactly what zhyrek and bisam did. (I thought it was brilliant.) But, I agree with rianbay that it might be a good idea to forbid going around a static object more than once in a row.

The problem with saying that is that we would then go around TWO objects back and forth, back and forth, etc

The other problem is that i will exploit any loophole to its fullest extent :D (Excellent example of this: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=8540&fbid=6OCYKza50EM )
