It looks like have enough power to get up, also note that the right ramp have been shortened to make it easier for the to get back down intro the goal once its up there.

Thats good, but delete a piece on the weight. We need at least two pieces for a lucky bounce into the goal

That's if we have the on the end of the catapult, if we delete that we'll have 3 sticks for lucky bounce.
Im not really sure if we need that wheel or not, because I think it's more an issue of having the perfect timing.
And the random tweakstick is also luxury we don't really need. 4 sticks.

Yeah, I've been at the same spot several times myself, but the always got stuck in almost that same position. Those last few millimetres are the hard ones.

When(and if...) we get the up you can use the left "ballremover" to help force the down intro the hole(as you will see i did in the design).

Not only is it hard to get the ball on top of the platform, but once it's up there you need a way to get it over that small slope.
