I can upload longer than 15 minutes, and maybe I can speed up certain parts of the collabs. If you guys would like, I could make one HUGE video of the greatest collabs of all time. It could be like a movie. I'm almost certain it's possible for me to make an hour long video and upload it.

I like this idea as well.
If you want you can take on a collaboration centered video while I tackle GC4. Sound good? :D

and IGLima, didn't you had 720p on your FC video from your designs?

Sorta. I rendered the video in 720p so I could get the audio in better quality, but that's about it. The actually recording of the game wasn't in HD.

yea i kinda am discriminating but i think unconnected are really different...still really impressive solves but i think there should be a video just for them...or maybe and unconnected section of the video.
I didn't see waffle do a filming example..but yours looked okay but a little blurry...can that be fixed up pretty easy? flattered me when you used my contraption as a test btw

How about analog marinade by vibrasphere? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQn2C_byeOk slow to build but has a good sound for ipecac contraptions at 4 minutes until 5 minutes 30 seconds if you could cut out that part haha

Yeah I think I'll leave the unconnected dudes out of GC4 and maybe make some video later on for them As for the blurring, it's mainly to reduce pixelation, but I can mess with my render settings to make it a bit crisper. And for the music, the one you posted could work quite well. Once I get everything recorded I'll experiment in the editor to see what fits best.

I like the idea of an unconnected section, but there are only two unconnected players worthy of being on such a video...so it wouldn't be very climactic.

i think jdel, jdccdj, and maybe some of remys stuff could be worthy. maybe even some of yours

and there was a time that i quite enjoyed a nice unc solve myself

Hello everyone So I have noticed that you guys are still fishing for some fantastic music. I've searched around a bit and I came across this song, "Wander of thought":

Also, this guy (f777) has a truckload more of really cool techno/trance music. Another fav is "Once more" (appropriate title lol).

This may not be exactly what youre looking for, but it has a great intro, a great beat, and it is long enough to last through a good portion of the video. Also, it isnt too repetitve. The second half of the song changes quite a bit, which is rather unusual for a long techno song. Tell me what you contraptinistas think!

I think this is a nice dramatic piece that would do well for the last few contraptions if you dig the "saving the best for last" video style .
Though it's a shame Lux Aeterna has been used to the point of cliche...I personally would've liked that in a vid.
