Fastest time wins. [Exceptions will be made occasionally] There will be no tiebreaking.
This is an elimination comp. Last one standing wins.
No deleting wheels.
No using FCML to connect the wheels to the block (that means you reset )
There is NO immunity in the entire competition.
No changing the types of wheels. (that means you JHawk )

Qualifier
If you solve this level by the rules, you are in the competition. There will be NO elimination this round.
Since this is the qualifier round I will be very lenient with late submissions, depending on design ID.
