Also, the ones that do virtually nothing for over 10 minutes or so (about 13k ticks on my computer) will be disqualified, unless they were the only one that achieved that combination of badges. (Note that these are standards that are usually true, but the final call is up to me)

That looks close, but I don't think it's a Champ.

Kinda hard to have a Champ and a Boomerang on MtM, though.
It's a nice design, but it doesn't win for me.
