Humm...sorry ScienceGuy, I'm on schmittd's and jdccdj1's side. I don't think level should be easier than this.

I have I mind that ipecac designs come from ipecac levels. Not that it's not possible to make something beautiful into an easy level. You always have the possibility to make a longway, an amazing mechanism or so. But if a level need a complex solve from the very start, only than we will who will have the best solve!

This qualifier was acutually a little easy, but I think we will see good solve for it! Retriver, mechanism, even maybe some longway!!!

I think we will have a lot of fun with this competiton!

You're right guys, sorry Scienceguy this is about as easy as the levels will be. But Marcxb they won't get incredible amounts harder either ahah. The epic mechanisms is what it's all about

I don't understand what you mean

If you mean that the levels are too difficult (which I know they aren't for you) I would spend a little more time fussing around with it until you can get something to work.

If you mean that you can't fit in with all the mechanical brown stuff, then make something different! dokQ made a brilliant design with a powered wheel and a neat little trigger, nothing too complicated.

You don't need to leave, you have just as much of a shot as any of us do at winning this. I hope you re-consider.

This looks to be a complexity for complexity's sake comp. I prefer doing brown solves myself. However, my 49 year old brain cannot (or will not) at this time create designs specifically built around complex, multi-move, multi weight-use mechs. I have burnt myself out lately participating in a recent Magnum comp here, and a min piece, multi-level comp in FC2. It's gotten so bad lately that I've seriously considered quitting FC altogether. That would probably never REALLY happen, but why push it?
