I've got 7 different solves, all different 'longways'.

For purposes of a 'Longways' type discussion, I'm naming 4 sections
The group on the right looks like a '4', the group in the middle looks like a European '7', the upper left piece I'll call a '1' and the lower left piece a '-'.
Solves:
1. Over the -, under the 1, under the 7, under the 4- same path as jdc's #1
2. Over the -, under the 1, over the 7, under the 4- same path as jdc's #2
3. Over the -, under the 1, under the 7, over the 4
4. Over the -, under the 1, over the 7, over the 4
5. Over the -, over the 1, over the 7, over the 4
6. Under the -, under the 1, under the 7, under the 4
7. Under the -, under the 1, under the 7, over the 4

And then
8. Under, under, over, under.
