New Forum Icons

I've been making some changes to the forum template to make it a bit more themed.

It'll take a bit of getting used to but once I get them all in place (I have to make some new graphics beyond what are in place right now) I think we'll learn to love them!

Hover over each icon with your cursor and wait. A description will appear, saying "new posts," "no new posts," or something else to tell you what it means.

Edit: Apparently that's all they say, with no real explanation of what the symbol means. Here is a more in-depth guide:

Regular topic, no new posts
Regular topic, new posts
Global Announcement
Sticky, new posts
Sticky, no new posts
Hot topic (more than one page of posts, I think)
Moved topic

weasel, try to put multiple icons on one space. for example, if it's a global announcement with new posts, do this:
that would get rid of most of my confusion.

New stuff looks great, my only complaint is the global announcements, you can't tell when a new post has been made

don't forget the ones with icons on them. you can't tell if there are new posts in there either.

Also, you CAN tell if there are new posts.

Then go to "View your posts" at the top of the screen.

It's actually not an option to do that as the phpBB Admin board only lets you select one set of images for the new/old posts, etc.

I can get used to them, I probably won't even notice them though tbh.

For those that don't like the new forum icons, or the forum theme at all, I've activated three themes. You can change it in your user profile on the forums here.

- Prosilver: The default PHPBB theme
- Contraption: The default board scheme with the themed icons
- Icond_Contraption: The default board colors with the prosilver icons (how it was a week ago)

You should decide on one color for the threads. and then make an icon similar to it but with half the opacity. that way, if it is the darker color, we'll know there's a new post.
