That didn't work when I played the Level?!?!?!?

FC plays back differently if you have high-floating-point-precision ram as apposed to regular ram (I think that's the distinction). You don't notice it on the average solve, but on contraptions that use a lot of pieces with a long playback time, or solves that rely on rope-breaking, there's a fair chance you'll see a different result. Just jump onto another computer and it'll probably work.

yes, a few new comps (like my bros) have a different outcome on VERY complicated designs

that's strange because it is true that i upgraded my computer a while ago but did not change my rams....just a new graphic card (but maybe it's the ram on the card??)

The more complex and the longer a contraption runs, the more likely the math will be off. The difference is CPUs. Most PCs should behave the same as most PCs, most Macs should behave the same as most Macs, but there'll be slight differences between the two. New generations of processors (like that new 8mb cache octo-core) might have some significant differences too.

I dont get it. It is an overly complex and poorly built contraption that beats a level that can be solved with 0 pieces.
